I'm opening the training arm of BI-Belay and looking for three reference clients. The full programme, at cost, in exchange for honest feedback. After that the price is €2,500. All amounts exclude btw.
The pattern
Most teams who call me don't have a tool problem. One or two people built everything and the rest look at it. As long as those two are around, it works. The moment one leaves, you have a reporting chain nobody dares to open. Training the whole team is the cheapest insurance you can buy against that.
